1. Services
EliteApt offers personalized consultation services for selecting luxury apartments.
1.1 Booking and Scheduling
Services are scheduled upon confirmation of your booking details.
1.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment at no extra fee.
1.3 Refunds
Standard services: refunds are issued within 14 days of cancellation via the original transaction channel. Custom consultation packages are non-refundable due to the specialized resources allocated immediately upon confirmation.
2. Digital Products
EliteApt offers digital guides and location insights.
2.1 Access and Delivery
Digital items are delivered electronically upon purchase.
2.2 Refunds
Requests for defective or inaccessible items made within 7 days of delivery may receive a replacement file or store credit. All sales are final once the item has been accessed.
3. Physical Goods
Printed materials and branded merchandise are available for purchase.
3.1 Send-Backs
You may send back physical items within 30 days in original packaging. You cover shipping costs unless the item is defective.
3.2 Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of our receipt of the sent item via the original transaction channel. Defective items will be replaced at no cost.
4. Non-Refundable Offerings
Certain limited edition reports and expedited booking fees are non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of expert resources and exclusive arrangements.

EliteApt may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site and services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
